About Us

Todd Miller,
Is rooted in this community. A 1985 Octorara graduate, Todd and his father started Miller’s Service Center in 1986. In 1988, Todd enlisted for a four-year term in the United States Army, proudly serving in Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm.

Upon his return, Todd reestablished himself back into the Gap community. Todd enjoys golfing in his leisure time. He spends innumerable hours coaching the Pequea Valley Junior High Wrestling. Todd is also the proud father of four children: Dan, Kaitlyn, Gabriel, and Nathaniel, pictured here with his dad.


Miller’s Service Center is pleased to welcome Auto Technician Michael E. Swiger, Jr. to the team. A Conestoga Valley Alumni, Mike has earned his skills in Steering, Suspension, Brakes, and Traction Control certifications. Although Mike has over 25 years of experience in the automotive field, he continues to seek educational opportunities to expand his vast knowledge base.
He enjoys hunting, fishing, and drag racing in his spare time. He considers himself to be an outdoorsman. Miller’s Service Center is pleased to have such an experienced addition to our team.


Miller’s Service Center welcomes Service Writer and Auto Technician Dan Miller to our team. Dan is an Octorara High School graduate with State Inspection and Emissions Licenses. Growing up in the business, Dan is the 3rd Generation of Miller’s to work here. 

Dan enjoys spending time with his daughter Ada, paddle boarding, cooking, and his dog Manny. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and collects record albums from his favorite artists. Miller’s Service Center is pleased to have Dan on our team.



Miller’s Service Center welcomes Auto Technician Gregory Santos to our team. In addition to his State Inspection and Emissions licenses, Greg is also Ford and Alldata Certified in brake work. He brings a working knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles to our business.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys working on cars. He enjoys taking apart electronics, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together. Miller’s Service Center is pleased to have Greg on our team.

Miller’s Service Center welcomes receptionist Jasmine Simes to our team. Jasmine is a Conestoga Valley alum and is polite, professional, and outgoing. She specializes in customer care and ensuring we meet your needs. Jasmine enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and daughters in her free time. Miller’s Service Center is pleased to have Jasmine on our team.
